What format are the products in? Do I need special software?
Our ebooks are in PDF format, readable on any computer, smartphone, tablet, or e-reader. For our courses, all you need is an internet connection and a web browser (like Chrome, Safari, etc.) to log in to your private area. No complicated software is needed.
Is my payment secure?

What is the refund policy?
Due to the instant, digital nature of our products (they cannot be "returned"), all sales are generally final. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
